1Can I use any name for my account?

Yes, when you register with Mailem, you can use any name as the account name.
Choose a name that allows you to easily see and quickly recognize which account you are actively using.

2How can I change my account name?

To change a Mailem account name:

  1. In the menu under your account name, click on the “Profile” tab to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
  2. Type the new name on the “Name” field 
  3. Click on the “Update Profile” button.
3How can I change my login email?

To change the login email on your Mailem account:

  1. In the menu under your account name, click on the “Profile” tab to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
  2. Type your new login email in the “Email” field.
  3. Click on the “Update Profile” button.
4How can I change my password?

To change the password to your Mailem account:

  1. In the menu under your account name, click on the “Profile” tab to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
  2. Click on the “Security” tab in the menu on the left.
  3. Type your current password and your new password in the “Password” and “Confirm Password” fields.
  4. Click on the “Update Password” button to save the change.
5How can I reset my password?

To reset the password to your Mailem account:

  1. Click on the “Forgot Password” from the Login Page (or simply click here).
  2. Type your login email address. 
  3. Click on the “Send Reset Link” button.
  4. Go to your email inbox and open the email with the title “Reset Your Password - Mailem.io”.
  5. Click on the “Reset My Password” link in the email.
  6. Type your login email and your new password.
  7. Click on the “Change Password” button.
