1How can I upgrade my subscription plan in Mailem?

To upgrade your subscription plan in Mailem:

  1. In the menu under your account name, click on the “Profile” tab to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
  2. Click on the “Subscription” tab from the menu on the left.
  3. Choose your plan.
  4. Click on the “Upgrade Plan” button.
  5. On the confirmation screen, click on the “Yes, upgrade” button to proceed.
2What are credits used for in Mailem?

In Mailem, credits are used to conduct Email spam testing and Email verification. 

  • 1 Email Verification = 1 Credit
  • 1 Email Spam Testing = 100 Credits

Each subscription plan includes a set amount of credits that's added to your account monthly. The total number of credits varies according to the subscription plan.

3Can I purchase additional credits without upgrading my account? How can I buy more credits?

Yes, you can purchase additional credits without upgrading your subscription plan.

To buy credits:

  1. In the menu under your account name, click on the “Profile” tab to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
  2. Click on the “Buy Credits” tab from the menu on the left.
  3. Choose your credit package. 
  4. Click on the “Buy” button.
  5. Enter your credit card details.
  6. Click on the “Pay” button to complete.
4Do my remaining credits roll over to the next month?
Credits included in your original package do not carry over to the next month. You start each month with the credit included in your package. Additional credits you purchase carry over to the next month.
5How can I see my credit history in Mailem?

To see your credit history in Mailem:

  1. In the menu under your account name, click on the “Profile” tab to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
  2. Click on the “Credit History” tab from the menu on the left.
6What payment methods does Mailem accept?
Mailem accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
7How do I change my credit card info in Mailem?

To change your credit card info in Mailem: 

  1. In the menu under your account name, click on the “Profile” tab to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
  2. Click on the “Payment Method” tab from the menu on the left.
  3. Enter your new credit card information.
  4. Click on the “Update” button to complete.
8How do I display/download invoices in Mailem?

To display/download invoices in Mailem:

  1. In the menu under your account name, click on the “Profile” tab to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
  2. Click on the “Invoices” tab in the menu on the left. 
  3. You can display and download your invoices from here.
9How can I cancel my Mailem subscription?

To cancel your Mailem subscription:

  1. In the menu under your account name, click on the “Profile” tab to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
  2. Click on the “Subscription” tab from the menu on the left. 
  3. Click on the “Cancel Subscription” button.
  4. Type your cancellation reason and click on the “Yes, cancel” button.
